STEP 1
Application review
We review your professional driving experience, licence information, PrDP / PDP, references and overall suitability for the programme.
STEP 2
Initial interview
Suitable candidates are invited to an initial interview with KML Personal.
STEP 3
Employer selection
Candidates who successfully complete the screening process may be introduced to a participating German employer.
STEP 4
Programme preparation
If selected by an employer, the next stage can include German language training, immigration, professional qualification and relocation preparation.
